I forgot to write that I use Pentax <img src='http://forum.photozone.de/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/tongue.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='Tongue' />

Ah.. ok. But that 24mm one does not have a Pentax mount either <img src='http://forum.photozone.de/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/tongue.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='Tongue' /> <img src='http://forum.photozone.de/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/wink.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='Wink' />.

Actually, it would be kinda cool if Pentax came with a FF body. Nice and compact like the K7/5 <img src='http://forum.photozone.de/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/ohmy.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':o' />

Hehe <img src='http://forum.photozone.de/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/tongue.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='Tongue' /> I have strong doubts that they will though.

They did <img src='http://forum.photozone.de/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/tongue.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='Tongue' />

TS-E 17mm f4 L
- yes nice - then, just make them both squeeze into an A mount please [Image: rolleyes.gif]

- oh, and dare i ask too much - a nice rezz evf output to a larger screen for viewing and composing would be peachy too, thanks [Image: blink.gif]

It has always my opinion that if you really want a certain lens which has no equivalent in your system then it's worth it to buy a second body just to be able to use it. BTW, I have actually done that once but unfortunately I later discovered that I really dislike that body. <img src='http://forum.photozone.de/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='Smile' />

I really can't afford a 5D Mark II just to use that lens, wich also is quite expensive <img src='http://forum.photozone.de/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/tongue.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='Tongue' /> 35mm tilt/shift will do for now, when I get to buy it <img src='http://forum.photozone.de/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/tongue.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='Tongue' />

I don't get this still, "when you get to buy it"? It still won't mount on Pentax, will it? <img src='http://forum.photozone.de/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/blink.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />

I guess Alexander refers to the available 35mm options (like Arsat, Hartblei, etc.) that are available with Pentax mount.

Pentax has no FF so 35mm on APS is 50mm equivalent. 24mm on 5D (cheaper than the 5D2) is 24mm equivalent. 24mm and 50mm is very different PoV. FWIW, one of the reasons which caused me to sell my Mamiya kit was exactly that.

But of course, as it is your money, it's also your call.

Yes, it is very different, but it's all I can get for my camera without getting an old Pentax lens which costs a lot, and is only shift AFAIK (The K 28/3.5 Shift).
