Recent good and bad experiences with manufacturer service

Tokina/Hapa update: sent the lens in again before I left for vacation, got it back today.



Lens has been cleaned, some dust still left inside, but most of it is gone.



Unfortunately, the story still isn't over yet: front part of the lens tube wobbles now.



So sick of it ...
