We (well, to be precise I did it) managed to crash the forum engine during an update of the forum engine. [Image: ohmy.gif]

The gallery style-sheets are sort of corrupted at the moment.

This will take a little while longer I'm afraid.

The gallery part is one big mess now, after the update....

The thumbnails get deformed into squares, no matter what aspect ratio they had.

Click on a thumbnail and... you don't get to see the image (with not too big browser windows), the image is way down and the controls placement makes no sense either.

When looking at someone's "gallery"... you get... images that are not from someone's gallery. Only on the right hand side there is a column to do with that person's gallery, the rest of the page... is just a random photozone gallery selection.

Ah, I see you noticed that yourself too.

The gallery was a v3 to v4 update. I was so stupid to do it on the working system rather than trying it first locally.

Lesson's learned ...

Klaus

PS: IT people never really learn it ...

It's like Jeremy Clarkson says, "what could possibly go wrong..?" <img src='http://forum.photozone.de/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/tongue.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='Tongue' />

so we all know the feeling of "ooops..." <img src='http://forum.photozone.de/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='Smile' />

Will it be fixed? Currently nothing is working (new uploads) or working right in the gallery...

You may need to clear your browser cache, temp files, etc., and log in anew thereafter.

HTH, kind regards, Wim

Quote:An Error Occurred

Sorry, an error occurred. If you are unsure on how to use a feature, or don't know why you got this error message, try looking through the help files for more information.

[#1-gallery-review-process-1] No items were available to process

- but it said in a previous message that the file was uploaded and it let me add a comment, three times, on firefox4, safari and opera -

- maybe it didn't like the picture it viewed?? <img src='http://forum.photozone.de/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/ohmy.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':o' />

- yes i know my pictures aren't much, but sometimes . . .

PS. it came to me in a flash just last night . . . and it's fiendishly clever . . . the publish button is actually an external link to the samsung call centre . . .

I'm aware of the problem but this fix will take quite a while.

We're actually happy that we were able to rescue the forum content ...
