Very nice indeed. I wonder if Pentax will come out with something like this.
Is there an M42-adapter for this camera?

There're loads of adapters including M42.
I think it's more likely for Pentax to release such a camera than a full format DSLR.
It would pronounce their strength (designing small cameras).

Pentax's other strength is to design pancake lenses
