That is true too, but of course an 18-200 f3.5-5.6(Canon/Nikon) has an edge (although not all that big) still on APS-C over a 14-150 f4-5.6 on 4/3rds, where shallow DOF is concerned. About 2/3rds of an f-stop worth.
Not the lenses of choice though, for shallow DOF.
