Why not for photography ? if they can be used on a full frame sensor ?? just add clicks to aperture or am I missing something ?

The market for manual focus zoom lenses is probably very limited

I noticed that these aren't their first zoom lenses - they have a couple of ultra-wides (where manual focusing is more feasible).
