I'm holding this lens very uncomfortably because I am out of my comfort zone, having to talk English while I know my dutch accent is very strong. Just going through the spec list in my presentation.

Not bothering with the other two videos... The 12-24mm f4 one did not show the lens in action or any results.

Yeah, it's not better than the countless "dark shadows, only borders and edges, all very shiny and look, inside it's transparent glass, imagine that!" presentation videos of other Sigma products and the composer was one of the 15. place in the Starwars title melody competition. Yawn.

Alright, others are not better.

Some samples are great, others... at f/8 the corners should not be so weak? I just think, focusing with ultra-wides can be sometimes also ultra difficult. Depending on field curvature?

Yeah, there goes the "you don't really need to focus the wideangles" mantra that some people are still repeating to this day...  Rolleyes

For what it's worth: Lenstip has the Sigma 12-24 in da house.
