Filed 18 months ago (2/2015) and "just filed" is a bit confusing?
And the "vibration proof group" might be a "vibration reduction group" - on a f/1.4 lens ^_^ that will be a first in FF?
I'm so disappointed they didn't manage to put a ND filter in it :lol: but these (The Nikkor as the Tamron) are for sure great lenses for every photog who simply has to wear eye-shades to look at least cool. And I don't want to have the foot on the wrong place once such a big-diameter glass block slips out of my hand. Over at Nikon rumors the GAS (gear acquisition syndrome) already jumps in squares and I think the elder guys there have to buy it because it looks so "manly".
