my sister will be staying 3 weeks in china, what photography equipment (not available here), should I ask her to bring.
I am considering a 50f0.95 or 85mm f1.2 or something like that

Hi toni-a,
Portraiture APS-C either ( I prefer 85 in that case mysef), FF obviously 85, 135 F/2 may be an option as well..
General shooting: 50 mm fo FF, 35 or 40 for APS-C, or maybe a 24 mm equivalent.
Another possibility may be a TS-E type lens.
What is your current line-up, and/or what are you missing right now?

I presume you are talking about the Mitakon 85mm f1.2, and yeah, go for that lens if you now are into shallow DOF possibilities, but also do get the Canon Ee-S Super Precision focus screen for your 5D. Else, trying to judge focus will be just frustrating.
