It's a bit offtopic here, but since it has been asked for TS-lenses for other systems (including pentax), just a small remark: There are (Tilt-)Shift-Adapters which take medium format lenses (big image circle) for various mounts. I'm sure there are other brands around. However, the problem remains that you need wide-angle focal lengths in terms of aps-c sensor size which are quite unlikely to be found among medium format lenses (where a 50mm is already a wide angle lens).
