Tokina 17-35 or Nikon 17-35? Nikon is used.

Sorry for the late reply, Boris.
A used Nikkor should be carefully checked, I've seen a few of them which obviously have been used quite a lot. Also, check for "noisy" AF-S drives, the first generation AF-S drives sometimes start to generate high pitch noise during operation, which is said to indicate a soon failure.
Apart from that, both lenses are very well built. The Tokina requires larger filters, though: 82 mm. This may be important, if you use CPL or other filters regularly and already have a small collection.
I don't have the MTF numbers of the Tokina currently available, I'll check for you later (or simply publish teh review, it's about time, isn't it? <img src='http://forum.photozone.de/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/wink.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' /> ).
