Oh, so it is a Nikon. Then it is the 18-35mm f3.5-4.5 ED which has no resolution on the edges whatsoever, crazy high CA and very high distortion?

Making partial quotes from reviews is always a contraversial issue, but come on...:

I can only guess that he had a poor copy of the 17-35/2.8
