It's surprising to see the Olympus Pens being so popular as personally they seem to rank lowest in desirability; poor sensors, the tackiest of cosmetic design, expensive slow lenses.
While the Oly sensor(s) are not leading edge, they're more than good enough for most. Lenses are no barrier since you have the Panasonic range to supplement. Oly does have one advantage, in body stabilisation that works with almost any lens (programmable for non-native lenses). Stick a fast prime on it and you can get something out of any darkness.

One fact I find interesting is that even those that prefer to use smaller sensors in their DSLRs (for whatever reason) nonetheless often choose full frame glass over dedicated crop lenses.
In part the crop-only lenses are usually seen as second class, even if there are a few higher end choices. Also for longer focal length lenses, there is no significant advantage in making it crop only, so why not make it full frame anyway? Putting aside my recent acquisition of the 5D2, I have been near enough always a crop shooter and have two crop sensor lenses, as that's all that's available/needed.
