I was just giving my very initial point, it is way too early to draw any kind of serious conclusion at the moment of course (...about D4 performance).
Ahhh, Joe McNally.... yes, I respect him as a great photographer(in fact, almost an artist with light), however, as you said, he is paid Nikon ambassador which says all.....
