I guess the basics of economics apply for here: supply & demand... If I remember correctly, (planned) production quantities were 30.000 for D800 and 5.000 for D800E (monthly). Depending on the pre-ordered quantities, Nikon might think that such adjustments are just... But I hope not globally...



And as Wojtt already mentioned, the prices for the new 5D-III could be another effect also...



How much % is the increase in UK?
