If we put the macro usage aside, I don't think that slight motion blur will be an issue when viewing scaled down images. But 100% views will be demanding, that's for sure. I think the AF micro adjustment and more often tripod usage compared to the D700 will be a must by all means...

Regarding macro, I think the focus stacking will be most probably unavoidable and ~40mp nef files to be aligned & stacked would require higher computer performance.
