Thank you all for your imput. I guess I will pull the trigger in a week or so. I can live without Bridge, I was just irritated that it keeps colapsing.

Since PS and LR are woriking it is a good news.

We all tent to critisize MS the way they handle thing, but let me tell you Adobe are not much better... or may be the worse. Yesterday I was reading through their in-house forums about W10, I don't think they nailed the up coming changes...
