I don't think so. I think this sensor is a stop gap for this line and for the time being. I'm guessing they'd like to have their APS-C sensors in their upper market ILC as I'm sure they'll position it that way. But I don't know <img src='http://forum.photozone.de/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='Smile' />



Funny camera, not extremely exciting but finally, people suffering with their Rebel XTSIXR they bought with an ad vitam 18-55mm have found a proper and valid contender.
