Depends on personal preferences, I don´t care about the G1X nor about the V1/J1 stuff.
It really is, and this is just the beginning...
The sweet spot for size/performance considerations is m43. Guess why Canon selected basically a m43-sized sensor for the G1X. The NEX stuff is indeed interesting but the lens selection is still extremely poor and the (low light) AF performance is reportedly miserable.
I don´t see Pentax Q going anywhere but downhill, the Nikon system 1 however appears to do well enough and they can lower prices further if needed. Sales figures for the first half of 2012 will tell the true story.
