what do you think of the 16 camera camera "light"
#1
Have been reading about it, 52 MP, very good high ISO, after shot focus that's absolutely impressive. But seems too good to be true, anyone has a clue about it ? We know lytro tried and failed, will this one have sucess ?

I'm slightly wondering about the images at "150mm".

I understand that the camera is using a combination of different camera modules with different focal lengths.

At wide settings you can stitch those together with ease. However, the more you zoom out the less you can stitch together. The wide angle modules are quite useless for contributing data at long focal lengths.

But feel free to correct me.

Leaves me unimpressed:

Noisy, local soft spots, lack of dynamic range ...

How much will that thing cost?

I agree, looks quite mediocre. If it could at least match the 1" sensor class of RX100 or so then it would be impressive. But with this image quality it does not look promising
