recent lens reviews
#1
I value this site a lot for its thorough reviews. However, I receive no value from the recent spate of reviews placing unusual lenses on the NEX, a camera few of us own. Please move on.
#2
I disagree. I find it very useful even though I don't own a NEX.

Not only do I disagree, I think there should only be NEX reviews from now on. Since almost any lens (APS-C or 35mm, reflex or mirrorless) can be mounted to a NEX body, it is a universal back that allows comparison of any lenses, and purely lenses, regardless of brand. NEX normalizes the playing field.

Anyways, there are 7 Leica M mount lenses tested on NEX, vs. 300+ on other systems. Klaus and the rest of the PZ crew do a good job of balancing commercial hits (i.e. Nikon/Canon) vs. more unusual optic-phile stuff.

And if you want change, then you can always do something more constructive about it:

I'm joking...but only half-joking.

There will be more Canon reviews - lots of them - so no reason to panic. ;-)
#7
Will you test a couple of old lenses for K-mount if I ship them? <img src='http://forum.photozone.de/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/tongue.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='Tongue' /> Seriously.
#8
Yes, the Pentax tests will resume based on the K5
#9
I'm curious if the NEX will be Klaus's camera of choice for his trip...

I will really look forward to that.
