Sony's introduction of the GM line created high expectations for sure. It looks like their marketing for pro lensed is no different than one for TVs.

I thought they said that about the 85/1.4. It would be interesting to compare the bokeh to the 85/1.4.

They mention the XA element. The 24-70mm has one. Of course ... the 24-70mm still has two conventional aspherical elements as well ..
