Samyang 14/2.8 FE - first review just in
Looks promising. The distortion is still there but if the figures are cross comparable between PZ and EPZ, it's a lot less severe than with the "dumb" lens. Around the value we saw in - say - the 17-40L at 17mm. On the downside, the lens is not weather sealed.

I guess the Sony users are going to start jettisoning the old 14s...

BTW... Samyang just announced a 14 f/2.4 "premium" lens...

Sony a6300, Sony a6000, Sony NEX-6, Sony E 10-18mm F4 OSS, Sony Zeiss Vario-Tessar T* E 16-70mm F4 ZA OSS, Sony FE 70-200mm F4 G OSS, Sigma 150-600mm Æ’/5-6.3 DG OS HSM Contemporary, Samyang 12mm Æ’/2, Sigma 30mm F2.8 DN | A, Meyer Gorlitz Trioplan 100mm Æ’/2.8, Samyang 8mm Æ’/3.5 fish-eye II | Zenit Helios 44-2 58mm Æ’/2
Plus some legacy Nikkor lenses.

That's just more of the "same old" though. Manual focus - and presumably no coupling whatsoever in the Canon version. Don't they ever want to evolve? I thought so when they did a couple of modern lenses in FE mount, but it looks like they're stuck in the rut with everything else.
It does well!
